I'd love some great veggie smoothies. I've done several fruit ones, but need to add more veggies to my diet.

Everything Green Smoothie (From: Drink Green Smoothies Recipe Book)
1 cup of Cold Water
1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Kale
1 cup of Swiss chard
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 kiwi, peeled
Add everything into your blender and blend on high speed0 -
4 cups mixed greens
1 avocado
1 cup cold water
1 banana
1 cup ice
Put everything into your blender and blend on high until smooth.0 -

1 cup cold water
1/2 head of Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of Spinach
1/2 cup of Kale
1 small bunch of watercress
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 small bunch parsley
2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary. Drink immediately for the most health benefits.0 -

I log my smoothies per ingredient.0 -
coconut milk - about a cup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
grated ginger
1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
blend it up - serve chilled OR warm ( I quite like a warm smoothie...)0
