    Considering went out for son's 17th birthday meal on Wednesday, pleased managed to pull off a loss. Thank goodness I went cycling twice this week... 32 miles since last Friday.

    I can't ask for anything better than that. Went back and weighed myself several times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. LOL
    My clothes are so much looser and my husband finally noticed!.....When I was gaining weight he never said a thing. Now he has adjusted his foods and meals to more closely match mine.

    Goal weight is 190 by Christmas

    Bad to have a company picnic with a dessert contest the day before weigh in. Did loose .5 inch on my waist and thighs though. Will do better next week!

    I gained 1 pound. Not a good week, my MIL has some health issues so I was doing some emotional

    Staying focused and drinking a LOT of water. I had no idea how much fat was in some of my favorite snacks. Now that I am tracking on MFP I see it and am making better choices. Not easy but I am determined!
