What are your goals?

Hey ladies!
What are your goals? Not just how many lbs you hope to lose, but how do you hope to get there?

My goals

1) Lose 5-7lbs
2) Drink 6-8 cups of water (I currently don't drink a lot of water)
3) Sign up for a fun group exercise class
4) Gym 3 times a week

What are some of yours? We got this!

    hey

    so my goals are as follows

    1/ to fit into a UKsize 12
    2/ to exercise 3 times a week
    3/ to have my body fat % within healthy levels
    4/ to fell good about myself

    I know this will be a long road but im prepared to walk it in barefeet if i need to!

    My goals are - to be able to run faster than my kids & for the same distance as them!
    To be UK size 14
    To be able to do my body combat class at high intensity
    To feel healthy
    To be able to wear my wedding & engagement ring again (not fitted since I was 25 weeks pregnant & my babies are 5 next month!)

    Those are all great goals everyone, I have 100% faith you can do it! You got this!

    My goal is to get back to a normal weight, which I'm about 10-15 pounds away from.
    Exercise 3-4 times a week.
    Eat cleaner and better. My eating habits are pretty gross, and I want to feel better and healthier.

    My Goals:

    1) Lose 20lbs (which i JUST hit today!)
    2) get down to a US size 10 jean (currently almost a 14)
    3) run my first 5k (sept 15th - it's coming up fast!)

    my name is Eunice and I weigh 228
    my goals are to find fun and exciting friends here on MFP who share there life and I share mine and encourage others and I get encouragement also. I need to lose a lot of weight and I am a woman that likes to work hard and play hard I love to joke around a lot and smile.
    I need to log everyday.
    say no to sugar cakes and candy. Yes to fruit.
    drink my gallon of water.
    exercise 3 time a week.

    My goals are:
    1) To commit and finish the 30 days Squat challenge. It will feel good to actually do something by myself and finish the workout
    2) To start working out on my own and not sit around the house
    3) To take the dog for a walk or run at least once a day
    4) To gain self confidence to believe in myself

    Hi Ladies, my name is Kristine, I am newly married. Hoping I can be a fit wife for my new hubby!

    My goals:
    - lose 20lbs
    - increase my exercise (walking in am and going to the gym)
    - stop snacking in the evening or replacing my junk food with healthier options
    - feel confident in a swim suit
