    Feeling a lot better this week than last about my weight loss! Still 5lbs is not a lot for 1 month, but progress is progress :)

    Much better 5 lbs down, than 5 lbs up! Think of it this way; lose 5 lbs per month on average, you have lost 60 lbs in the year. Would you rather be 60 lbs down or exactly where you are next Octber 1?

    Math can be a wonderful thing!

    I knew my targets were ambitious when I set them. I was on a rush from the Labour Day Excursion.

    So, overall I lost 6 lbs this month, I am going to call that a win :)

  • My scale is dead! Totally dead it just says LO - low battery since that's not a weight and I only weigh in on my scale I must wait till I can get a battery - tonight! I feel good though I worked hard the last few days and I know I am back on track so although I think I gained a few lbs back during my adventures in give up land I know that October will be awesome!

    I drank one full water bottle -4 cups every day this week!

    You guys and gals are such an inspiration and I know October is going to be amazing for us all! Way to go my friends!

    Where I live, we peel the pineapples and put the skin in a pitcher with water for a couple of days... THE BEST!!!

    Logically I know there is no way I gained 2.9 pounds this week, especially when 2 days ago my scale showed a modest 2 lb loss. I know this is water weight. Between my hormones/TOM being out of whack for the last 4 months and the death of one the best guys I've ever known this week, surely this is just my stupid body overreacting. :(

    Our bodies react in different ways to stress! Your scale reflects only a number not what's going on in your life. I think most women can understand how that works (more so then men because they don't get that bloated, painful, stab in the ovaries, reaction every month or so...) take care of your heart and mind and your body will follow soon!

    I surpassed my goal weight for the month by 2.6 lbs and I couldn't be happier! It was difficult near the end with my birthday celebrations but I pushed myself in my workouts. Congratulations everybody! Bring on October!

    Asundeen, wow, really, just wow! You knocked it out of the park. Great job in September.

    My final Wi for the month came in at 321. Considering the month, I'm happy with that 9 lb loss.

    Not the result I was hoping for, but considering I dropped 2 pants sizes and a shirt size this month, I will still call it a win. This is fuel for October.

    Whether you made your goal or not, GREAT JOB EVERYONE! The commitment to fitness and the willingness to work to attain it are what counts, and you've got it! I firmly believe that everything else will fall into place as long as those two aspects are there.

    Great job everyone! Remember even if you didn't reach your goal, it is being here and making your life what you want it to be that really counts. The numbers will catch up to your lifestyle change.
