Stayed the same after a hectic week. I really thought I would have a gained. My sister was in ICU for 2 days...severe asthma attack. It was my busiest week at work and I only exercised 2 days. My sister is home recuperating and I only have to go in the office one day this week. Working at home the other days. I will get my workouts in.
