    Essentially this is my start/ week 2... but last week was 182-4 depending on what I ate for dinner. Yesterday morning (getting to you guys from Germany. ) I was 180.4

    Hi all- Sorry I didn't post this yesterday. I walked out the door with the kiddo at 7am (that was brutal) and didn't get home until after 11pm. It was a very long and very fun, busy day.

    Anyway...a big congrats to everyone. This support here seems to be working really well judging by the results!

    Sw: 184.2

    I'm very frustrated with this and confused, honestly. I feel like the week should have resulted in a bigger loss. I'm telling myself that this is what made me quit in the past and it's not going to happen this time. Going to keep on truckin'...

    A little frustrated this week, no alot frustrated, gained the 2 I had lost plus 2 more, so I am up 2lbs from my starting weight. :(

    No worries, I am off to a better week!! I have been running a lot and of course eating a alot. (That's my word of the week 'alot')

    Slower this week... Barely had a chance to workout at all and I've been eating horribly. First round of exams this upcoming week in grad school. Stressed and no time!

    Just joined the group now, but very commited to my weight loss.

    My SW on My Fitness Pal was 125kg - 275lb
    After a few bumps, I started to see the dietitian, and monitoring my weight every week.

    Last week I was 119.7kg - 263lb
    CW - 118.2kg - 260lb

    Lost 3lb, 17lb to go :)

    Down 2 pounds total in this challenge; and REALLY need the psychological boost of breaking the barrier into the 170s. Might take a couple of weeks as the TOM is coming up, and I always gain at least 4 pounds of water. :$

    Scale moved in the right direction this week. Yay!
    Total challenge loss is 2 pounds. I've lost 7 pounds this month after a summer splurge, so I'm very happy.

    2lbs down from last week!! I have definitely been more careful about logging measured amounts and logging exactly what I've been eating since this challenge started. This time of year is usually when I start putting on weight, I am hoping this challenge can help me break the cycle.

    I am the same way. Every spring/summer I maintain or lose, every fall I put some weight back on. I know it is a combination of pumpkin treat overdose (and of course, soon the holidays) and moving less. I'm determined not to do either of those things this year.
