Okay, so obviously I'm way late, but...
Last Week's Weight: 238
Today's Weight (October 1st): 235.2
So I'm down over two and a half pounds! I just changed my calorie adjustment so I'm set for losing 2 pounds a week, plus I started the 30 Day Shred.

My computer was down and I haven't been here! I missed the weigh-ins but I'll put it all out here. It doesn't look good, but I can tell you that THIS week, it's FINALLY coming off. I'm actually excited to weigh on Friday.

I just figured out how to look back at my weigh-ins since joining. Since 2011 when I joined here, my lowest weight was 206. Why the heck did all of this creep back?! I'm horrified... But whatever it is I've been doing, it's finally working. The scale said 244 this morning
