Hey Guys! Starting weight here is 176.6 I am also doing No Scale October so I will update with my ending weight on Nov 1! My goal is at least 5, anything more than that is *SNAPS* for me
I track all food here and my exercise currently is running 1 mile at least 5 days and 30DS. I also lift heavy occasionally with my husband ( squats, bench)
