    Week one, intervals of 20 seconds, off for 10 and repeat, tolerance level has def improved I'm no longer dying at 8 seconds waiting for the next 12 to tick by ha ha, but who knew that seconds took that long when you are watching them lol

    I did this last night too, for four minutes, 9 mph for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. It was madness! I feel like I'm going to hack up a lung today. But I know my endurance will be improving! :happy:

    Monday I did 3 rounds of 4 minutes running with one minute rest. I haven't done any C25K runs lately though. I can't get my head around running for 25 minutes solid! Maybe today or later this week.

    I did 25 minutes non-stop on Friday! Then Saturday I did Tabata sprints on the track. That was miserable!

    Anyway, I gotta repeat that 25 minute three more times before I move on. Wish me luck!
