I head for the mountains of New Mexico tomorrow, where there is, I'm told, no cell reception. Wifi is limited to a few places. I'm going to try very hard to stay with the group, this has been a big help to me. Once I got going on the 20 minutes a day, I've been exercising more, plus drinking my water, all the good things. rebuilding my habit!0 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes I had 60 minute dance party to myself!

Saturday October 5:
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I have a goal of 1530 plus 333 extra calories from working out. I used 1258 so I stayed under my goal without having to use exercise calories.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I know it isn't much but I did about 2 hours worth of walking today
