    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Round one at 6am was 1 hr 7 min, Round two at 5pm was 31 min

    I'm out. Went o. Hike and ended up eating crappy stuff I'd packed for my fiancé and 7yo as we were still on the drive home very late at night and I was starving!! Maybe do better next month.

    Oct 5 -- yup, yup, yup!

    I head for the mountains of New Mexico tomorrow, where there is, I'm told, no cell reception. Wifi is limited to a few places. I'm going to try very hard to stay with the group, this has been a big help to me. Once I got going on the 20 minutes a day, I've been exercising more, plus drinking my water, all the good things. rebuilding my habit!

    I've made a note on my spreadsheet that you might need some additional days beyond the usual 3-day grace period. Stick with us!
