Week 3

Hello to the few of us that are left! I'm sitll here!!!!! This week we are going to focus on just keeping moving.

Monday- 30 mintues walking or running and 25 sit ups, push-ups, squats, etc.

Tuesday- 60 minutes of any activity

Wednesday- 30 minutes of any activity and post how you are doing so far with keeping up your goals

Thursday- Stretching for 30 minutes. This can include yoga or any form of stretches

Friday- 60 minutes of any activity and post one of your fav. .lunches 500 cals or less

Saturday- 30 minutes of any activity and add 25 of additional reps of your choice!

Sunday- see you Monday REST today
