I am new to this sight, just want to know what is working for some people supplement wise.

From what I've put together you need a combination of both.0

Ideally, we get 2 - 3 days a week of strength training, and 5 - 6 days a week of cardio. Often, on my strength days, I have just a cardio warm up before the strength, but on the days between strength training, I do a good hour of cardio. And the type of cardio varies...walk, bike, water aerobics, intervals. Mixing it up is excellent to use as many of the muscle groups as possible.0
