I am not weighing in this week since week 5 was a complete mess for me. I ended up having to get a brand new scale since mine was breaking so the totals between those scales is about 7 lbs difference and I have no idea which is correct. Starting next weigh in I will be using the new scale so we'll hope to see some major loss this week after I pretty much binged all weekend on junk food with no exercise.
Great job to everyone to did lose though. Everyone is doing a great job and keep up all the hard work!!0 -

Maybe it's hormonal?

I didn't lose any weight but I'm not going to worry/ complain; I stayed at my in laws house for about a week and a half while they were away for a European getaway so I was off my normal schedule. Honestly considering I was staying there (not in my own environment without my own food and tools to cook with) with my fiance who doesn't eat the best unless I cook I am quite content with my 0 loss/gain.0 -

Made some small changes last week. Changed my ticker back and did lose 3 pounds but didn't
record it. This week up 2.2 lbs. I am not eating after dinner and have given up dairy for a while to see if I notice any
difference. I have also increased my exercising to 50 min a day. I hope to see some results next week.
