    Christmas / My Ultimate Target is 154 lbs (11 stones exactly)

    This weeks objective was 'Don't Gain'. Just managed to stay on 164 lbs despite a very naughty alcoholic night. My downfall is lack of control of eating if I down a few drams. Unfortunately binge drinking with friends is the social norm nowadays and once I've had a couple of large Whiskys, my control goes out the window. Any tips welcome, apart from the obvious.

    Maintained my weight at 144 this week. Pretty okay with that, as tracking and even my workouts suffered for a number of reasons. So close to the 5lbs for the month, so this is the time to bring it back in :)

    I found out that the gym near my house is only $2 for students, so I have been using an elliptical pretty much every day, and really enjoying it! Yoga is going well, and Ive cut out beer and wine which seems to be making a big difference :) I feel like Im really committing to a new lifestyle, which is exciting!

    That's such an awesome price! I've been sick with the flu for a week now and getting back to yoga and the gym starting tomorrow! I miss my yoga!
