Hi there. My name is Jo-Anne, I have been woth my partner for over seven years now and we have a newrly one year old son. I have been through a transformation myself from weighing 22llbs at my heaviest to now weighing just over120lbs. Yes, a lot of work but well worth it. My partner has always been very fit and active so that is helpful. Now we both enjoy a life full of activity, working out and eating well. We also really enjoy helping others get and stay fit and healthy. I know how it is so it is enjoyable for me to help others.
