    I got in 4.51 miles yesterday so now I have a total of 12.57 miles and 7.43 left to get over the weekend!!

    4.75 left to go for me... its cold here so I may have to walk away the rest with Lesilie Sanone (I think thats how you spell her name, if not sorry but you all know who I mean)

    That's a GREAT idea!!! I can walk with Leslie too if I don't get to go to the gym this evening. My husband is begging me to make my skinnytaste.com chicken cacciatore recipe so I will be grocery shopping when I get off!!

    Got 3 miles on Saturday. I didn't walk yesterday but did get in an hour of turbo fire. I'm going to continue the walking along with the challenge this week. It's been nice outside and I enjoyed it last week.

    Okay Ladies, this week we have to get our water in!!! For example, if you weigh 160, you have to drink 16 cups of water everyday this week. If you weigh 185, you have to drink 18 cups everyday this week. We can do it! Add lots of lemon to your water, we got to flush those toxins out and get the fat burning going!!!

  • ok so last week.. I did not finsh my 20 miles so i started over this week. I got in 2.13 miles today. I will finish the 20 miles this week and I am also going to do the water challenge. so I weigh 219 so how many cups of water should I drink each day this week?

    Met my goals with the water until this weekend. Went to the FSU/Miami game and didn't want to have to keep running to the bathroom during the game. I drink half my weight in water just about everyday in water anyway so it should be all good! On to this week's challenge.

    Are you Ladies ready to get your 500 jump ropes in and 100 bicycle crunches!! Let's do this!! I will get mine in tonight!

    I can do the 500 jump ropes, but the bicycle crunches are a no go... for some reason my hips pop when I do this exercise and although its not painful I can feel the pops of the sockets...

    Jumping jacks done for today along wth a round of Turbo Fire. Will search on youtube tomorrow for a video on the bicycle crunches and incorporate those as well.
