This challenge doesn't officially begin until November 1st. But for those of you who want to start now, I'll be posting practice sign-ins until the end of October. If you don't want to participate in the practice sign-ins, that's fine. If you do chose to participate and you mess up, you won't be booted from the group: until November, it's just practice.

Remember: you're free to say "no" to any of these questions through October 31st. But when November 1st hits, you must answer "yes" to all three questions every day in order to remain in the group.

    I am such a loser that I posted this on the challenge labeled for the 25th :p

    Anyway, I have a question: There are certain days when I cant get in a consecutive 20 minutes. If I break it up over an 8 hour shift at work, does it still count? To my understanding from the FAQs it does, but I want to make sure :p Because I got in an easy 20 mins at my desk so that would change the exercise answer for today :p

    Do we have to log the exercise as well for it to count? I'm bad about logging exercise because then I have a tendency to eat back at least some of the calories. :ohwell:
