Well.... I'm failing this challenge. Lol! Hopefully I'll start losing weight some time. I do find it slightly impressive that I didn't gain TOO much weight. I pretty much ate a ton all week because I was really busy. Hopefully this week will be better0 -

Thanks Terri - I agree with a shout out to everyone who is so supportive on here! This is a great place and a great group!
I have been helped by several people here, so for those of you who had frustrating posts, message me and if I can help at all, I will. I'm pretty sure I have a screwed up relationship with weight loss, but I am doing my best to correct it and I seem to be able to see where others need to make tweaks, even if I can't always see my own errors.
Keep going and sometimes it's really small changes that will matter.
