This challenge doesn't officially begin until November 1st. But for those of you who want to start now, I'll be posting practice sign-ins until the end of October. If you don't want to participate in the practice sign-ins, that's fine. If you do chose to participate and you mess up, you won't be booted from the group: until November, it's just practice.
Remember: you're free to say "no" to any of these questions through October 31st. But when November 1st hits, you must answer "yes" to all three questions every day in order to remain in the group.

I didn't have a gym day so did some work at home stretching, crunches, my version of push-ups, 45 squats, etc. then cleaned all the bathrooms including scrubbing tubs and showers. I figure that adds up to more than 20 minutes.0 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Unfortunately no. I was over by over 500 calories. I just lost my mind I guess.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Not official exercise but I was moving all day. Didn't sit down between 5 a.m. and ( p.m. except to eat dinner and a 35 minute long department meeting.

Thankfully this challenge starts November 1st. Yesterday was just horrible. Someone brought donuts to the department meeting and even though I had already eaten a healthy chicken salad sandwich, I ate one anyway. Then a student brought me a bag of Hershey kisses. Another teacher brought me Dr. Pepper for covering their duty. Of course, all my fault for consuming it! I am hoping this challenge will make me think twice.0
