Day 69 of 90
Focus T25 Beta (Suppose to be Day 6 of Week 5)
Since this is only the 3rd day I have worked out this week, I did doubles
Beta Speed 2.0, Beta Rip't Circuit, and Day 2 of the Ab Challenge(20 Situps, 8 Crunches, 8 Leg Raises and a 12 Sec Plank)

Morning all! Completed day 2 of the ab challenge, and also did the first circuit of the 30 Day Shred. I'm going to just do that circuit until my x-rays on the 12th to see how my knee does. Super excited!
Nervous about weigh in tomorrow, this week was terrible! But here's hoping not too much damage!0 -
Good morning, all! I went to a Zumba class this morning and will get in day 1 and 2 of the ab challenge later today. I wasn't feeling well most of yesterday so I missed day 1. Boo! Have a great Saturday!0
