    did 50 squats with no weights and 50 squats useing 3lb weights for total of 100 squats :D

    and just saw it was a rest day today, ooops, did em anyways.

    I already lost the challenge and skipped yesterday with this mini challenge but i'm not giving up i'll just skip a rest day and i'll be caught up :)
    75 squats today then :)

    I'm going to try this too. Will have to catch up and skip most of the rest days. Or do extra until I'm caught up. I was first thinking this looked too hard, but then it wouldn't be a challenge. Lol

    Day 1 - 50 done!

    Was hard on my crackly knees, but hopefully spread out through the day it will be more manageable. :)
