This challenge couldn't have come at a better time. My Dr. put his foot down and ordered clean eating only and 30 mins of exercise a day.
My days menu has been made out and I can't wait to try out the fish dish i'll be making for supper.

Hi guys i am doing this tonight - GIVE IT A TRY AND LET ME KNOW
30 mins cardio which includes :
- 4 sets of 12 - 8 - 6 -4 - only 8 sec rest between sets
WARNING THIS WILL STRIP YOU !!!!!
1 - SQUAT - 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 -
2 - DEADLIFTS - 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 -
3- BENCH PRESS - 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 -
4 - INCLINE BENCH PRESS - 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 -
5 - BARBELL ROW PULL - 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 -
6- SNATCH CLEAN PRESS 12 - 8 - 6 - 4
REMEMEBER KEEP IN CONTROL AND GO HEAVY AND THE LAST TWO SETS
