Hi, I've been doing MFP for a month. I'm a "wanna be" clean eater and cook mostly from scratch for my family and numerous guests. I'd love to have some new friends who are clean eaters too. If anyone is willing to share your dairy, I'd like to add you. I'd love to have a peek for ideas. My Best!

Feel free to add me! I'm not 100% clean but I strive toward that. And I want to see more diaries to get ideas for meals!

I believe clean eating is about a DIRECTION you point yourself in ... no one I know is 100%! But I make as many clean choices as I can. Feel free to friend me, I have an open diary and love to share ideas.

Also, I have a VERY vibrant (600 folks) clean cooking group (not weight-loss oriented but scratch/organic cooking oriented) on Facebook and welcome anyone here to join: (just know that I am keeping my weight loss quiet on FB for now)

    http://facebook.com/groups/aunaturel

    Join us!
  • I eat mostly clean and would love to have some clean eating weight loss buddies as well! I will add you and you, feel free to check out my diary! I love looking at others' diaries for ideas too - sometimes I get stuck in a food rut and it's nice to see what others are eating so I can shake up my own menu. Good luck in your journey!

Definitely feel free to add/message me! I try to cook most of my meals and stay as clean as possible. Also a pescetarian, if that makes a difference.

I cook all my food. I try my best to stay away from unhealthy and stick with healthy recipe. It's not that hard when I am making Thai food all the time. Please add me and feel free to message me. Thank you and good luck.

Please add me to your friends list. I do try to eat clean, but I have some dirty foods. I feel crappy when i don't eat clean, but I need support to do it right.

Feel free to add me. I'm mostly clean. Just vowed yesterday to tighten up the ship and eat cleaner. Following a Tosca Reno menu this week. Really helps me to get back on track.

    Yay!! Let's be Friends! :o)

I just joined (was previously on LoseIt). I try to eat as well as possible - loads of fresh veg, but I am not super strict with myself all the time. Saturdays are "bagel day" which I can earn after a long run.
  • I am giving clean eating a try. I am working mostly on using fresh ingredients and preparing foods from scratch. I will use organic when I can but as long as it's a fruit, vegetable or meat straight from my local butcher, I am okay with it not being organic. Happy to accept any friend requests :)

I'm not a particularly ambitious cook (I rely a lot on very simple foods like plain Greek yogurt, eggs, fruits, vegetables), but I am a pretty clean eater. Feel free to add me -- as long as you're not looking for culinary inspiration! ;-)

Hello all! Obviously I've been living under a rock, as I had never heard of clean eating before, yet that is in fact what I do! I've been calling it "taking my kitchen back from the factories"! Amazing how easy it is to replicate some of the factory products with real food, and how much better it tastes!

Feel free to add me; always love to see other folks diaries for inspiration. I do follow the Weston A. Price Foundation food guidelines as well, so I use lots of traditional fats and foods (lard and offal and that sort of thing!).

Hello, I'm new to clean eating but have always tried to avoid processed food. I won't go organic though. In summer have plenty of garden vegetables, We eat at home 99%of the time. So I do a lot of cooking. Feel free to add me.,

Hey, I am starting to eat clean again and would really love some support and friends, specially going into the new year. Feel like a lot of the friends I do have on MFP are not supportive in the least, and thats why I am on here, to find supportive individuals (like myself) who I can support as well as they could support me
I hope that all made sense, Kinda early in the morning haha.
(side note I only accept women. I know thats weird but its just this thing I do. sorry)

Like others, I try to eat clean most of the time without stressing too much when it just doesn't happen. I travel with my job and sometimes you just have to do your best. That being said, I'm starting the clean cleanse this week. I start the elimination phase on Wednesday and begin the cleanse on Saturday. Not expecting to make it all 21 days but I'm gonna give it a shot. Also, I've tried numerous recipes from spinach4breakfast and found them all delicious. Especially love the Sausage, Kale, Butternut squash soup on there! Good luck :-)

I, too, am looking for more clean eating companions...I am not 100% where I want to be, especially since some days I do not feel like cooking a darn thing except ovenable frozen foods from the "quick snack" aisle...especially when my buddy Quentin is at my place. And while he advocates eating "cheap," I can't always eat beans all the time, and there are just some things he honestly doesn't like the taste of. And frankly, I've begun moving away from eating fish as much as I used to just because of the Fukushima radiation reaching the upper and lower portions of the west coast. Does NOT bode well for salmon consumption on my part. Sad about this, but this is what happens when humans continue to screw up the planet. :P

Sooo...if you all have ideas, I'm all ears. My diary is kept private for now, just because I'm just getting the hang of entering things in and it's not looking as clean as I'd like it to be--and I'm ashamed of it, quite frankly.

But the more ideas I get from you all, the better, and once I get things cleaned up with my diet, make the changes I want to make, I'll be more open to letting my diary be seen. :P Yeah, I am just that skittish about criticism from others...I'm hard enough on myself as it is.

I'm about 90-98%... My downfall tends to be eating my hubby's leftovers the next day (he refuses and I hate wasting food) he eats pretty clean too so it's not that bad. Anyway, feel free to add me :)

Please add me! My 4 year old daughter is allergic to nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, sesame, and corn. I was somewhat forced into clean eating due to her dietary restrictions, but it had helped me lose all the baby weight from my 11 month old daughter and just feel better in my body. I am always on the lookout for new recipes and support in the clean eating journey. My fiancé fancies himself a "chef" but does not like clean food, so there is a kitchen struggle in my home. Would love some friends that share my views on clean food!
  • Just joined this group, would love some like minded friends. I've been eating clean for almost 3 years, still have a little treat of dark chocolate now and again. Not 100% compliant but pretty close.
  • Feel free to add me. I try to stick to Paleo for the most part.
  • I just join this group yesterday but been on mfp since may i try to eat clean and still in need of help, with snacks,if any one would like to be friend by all means please add me. i could learn from others as they learn from me
