Trouble getting my protein in

Hey all..... I have been having some problems lately trying to get my protein in everyday. I know that I should be getting 15-17 oz , or anywhere from 80-166 gms. but most days I'm not getting that close, and it seems that all I'm doing is eating. Any suggestions? I am in my 1st week of OWL... thanks Kat :)

    hard boiled eggs, tuna pouch, and cooked up turkey bacon - i have all of these with me at work, for when i need a snack and need to get my protein in.

    also have been doing 1/8 cup macadamia nuts.

    but the best quick method is either whole foods as above, or a protein shake.

    What helps me most is to cook ahead 3-4 days worth of chicken or hamburger patties or something.

    I agree with protein shakes. Beef jerky is tasty as well
