But there's another challenge called the "20-A-Day Challenge" that I really like. It's very similar to the UAC. You can join it any time (as I understand it) and you don't get booted for not being 100%. I think that's a great challenge to do if you get booted from this one.0 -

Well - I said I was out becuase of my kid being sicked but then I had a message that said I was allowed sick days for me or family.
So - yes I kept track of all I ate, yes I was under caloried goal and while I did exercise it wasn't a full 30 minutes straight - a little here, a little there, but it didn't add up to a full 30 minutes.0 -
