Didnt get my T25 done this morning, rest day for Ab challenge too
I may or may not do Speed 3.0 after work today , havent decided yet

Hi! Happy Friday and welcome to Day 75! Only 15 days left of the challenge and I'm excited to see how everyone is doing!! Have a great day. Taking a rest day today because I was just released from the hospital last night. Will try and start slow tomorrow with some stretch or maybe my P90X Yoga. Take care and have a great day!!0

Happy Friday! It's a 3 day weekend for me due to the holiday so I am extra happy. I have Zumba tonight.
I have a story to tell....I really watch my daily totals for fat, carbs, protein and sodium. I do this so I can make adjustments as I hit plateaus. I have recently been focused on sodium. I went to Subway last night for a rare processed food night. I had three subs in mind which would meet my calorie limitation. I stood in line thinking I was going to get the steak and cheese but I pulled it up on the MFP app while in line. My eye was drawn to the more than 2,000 grams of sodium. So I looked up the other subs and found that only one of my choices had less than 900 grams so I instantly made up my mind and chose the Turkey/Ham Sub. It was the first time that I instinctively went with a meal choice based on sodium so I was happy.0 -

I always have to look at sodium for hubby because of his blood pressure....but I ignore it when it comes to myself.....def something I need to look into though!0 -

Still waiting on my lab results to see what that tells me. Hoping for some answers tomorrow. This medicine has me pretty groggy though. I peeked at the scale and see a loss, but I know that was from some heavy loss of appetite, even though I actively tracked and tried to force myself to eat something just to get close to my 1200. My mouth is also very dry despite all the water, so I'm going to keep on drinking on! BTW - didn't realize until after logging my Gatorade this morning how much sugar was in it! Yikes! Time for an alternate!

Thank you for the concern. I used to drink Gatorade like crazy until I realized how much sugar and sodium was in it. I found that powerade is a good alternative as well as sobe and the flavored vitamin water. Just be careful and read the labels and you'll be fine. Hope you start feeling better soon. Have a great weekend.0
