Had a day our with the girls(holiday home tour) and ate lunch and dinner out. Logged everything, but not sure how accurate it is, but I had lots of calories to spare because I did an exercise class this morning and walked a ton today on the tour.
Did 85 squats for the mini challenge...then found out it was a rest day today. Oh well, it can't hurt.

So... Today was an interesting challenge. I decided to go for a run, and headed out with the intention of making it 5 or 6 miles, but then it got dark and I got lost. So I ended up running a little over 8 miles instead. This and an Insanity workout (around midnight) made it possible to indulge in a guilt-free big pasta dinner with home-made meat sauce. <Sigh> I love food so much I get an almost-romantic sense of whimsy just thinking about it.
Anyway, more to the point...
