Hi,
I started the Dukan Attack phase yesterday. And boy! Do I feel attacked!
I survived day one, headaches set in in the evening, lasted all night, felt really tired as well.
This morning I took two headache tablets before breakfast, now I feel better and just made myself eat the oat bran mixed in yoghurt.
Yesterday I weighed 87.8kg. Today I am 87.0kg
I have to do 6 more days of this and then I can go into cruise phase.
I am looking forward to seeing what impact this eating lifestyle will have on me and my body.
I wish everyone good luck with this! :flowerforyou:

The first Attack phase is always the hardest, and you get "carb flu" with headaches and fatigue. Thank buddha for coffee and some diet coke. It's only a few days but I had the worst veggie-withdrawls of my life. It felt like heaven when I could finally have a salad and some steamed broccoli!0

^^^what she said^^^^
Also, a tip from Atkins, if you are feeling dizzy or weak, it can be from lack of electrolytes, adding some salt (or "half-salt" which contains pottassium) and taking a magnesium supplement can really make you feel better.
Hang in there, it passes, promise!0 -
Thank you both :-)
I already feel better. It is day 4 today and I am still sticking to it. 3.3kg down so far yay!
The headaches and fatigue only lasted 1 day. Lucky me.
Can't wait for my veggies next week though haha :happy:0 -
Good stuff!!!0
