top a salad with it
add to a quesadilla with cheese avocado and anything else you like
add spicy vinagrette and eat with celery or on crackers0 -
You can make a Nicoise-like salad with the tuna, some green beans, lettuce or spinach, and a hard-boiled egg. I occasionally add artichoke hearts.
You can also add it as your protein to pasta and sauce, or my favourite gluten-free alternative: zoodles (zucchini noodles). Julienne a zucchini (it's easiest to use a Julienne peeler), add marinara sauce, spinach, garlic, and a can of tuna. Tuna also works well in cold pasta salads.0 -
I really like to just crack open the can, squeeze a little lemon juice on it and sprinkle it with a little black pepper and one twist of the Himalayan sea salt. As a side I use a little cucumber with lemon juice or a half a can of green beans0

I make tuna salad: albacore tuna, add chopped onions, chopped celery and lite mayo, a little bit of salt if you like. I eat with crackers or on a lettuce wrap. So good.0
