    Did 5 sets of 25 squats with 3 lb weights for total of 125 squats.

    did 150 squats (owweeee, this is getting hard to do ha ha) 6 sets of 25 with no weights

    Well done ladies, great work, I am very impressed. I have had a death in the family and not been aware of anything else, sorry, it was my sister and it has hit me really hard, I will be back on track in December, just can't get a grip of things yet, go girls!
