    Anyone up for a weekly Challenge... I can post weekly challenges starting this week! I am trying to lose 8 pounds or more before the end of the year and keep it off. Beastmode Sistas!

    I was thinking I could post weekly challenges-Ex. (Fitness)60 sits-ups a day, 50 squats a day, 40 push-ups a day,etc...and (Nutrition) No fast food, Consume less than 2300 mg of sodium, etc...

    Only Fitness and Nutrition a week:smile:
