Followed by Day 11 of the Ab Challenge (55 Situps, 65 Crunches, 33 Leg Raises, and a 42 Second Plank)

    Happy Monday Ladies!!! Welcome to Day 78! I can't believe there's only 12 days left of this challenge! I'm excited to see how everyone did after the 90 days. Have a great Monday!! Since I had a setback I'm going to start week 3 over of my T25 Beta/Gamma Hybrid! :smile: :smile:

    Hello all! I haven't worked out in forever and I missed it. I made up three days of the ab challenge this evening (105 situps, 47 crunches, 47 leg raises, and 75 seconds worth of planking lol). My shoulders/neck area are still stiff, but I have to get it moving again. I was naughty for lunch and caved to Burger King, so now I only have 77 calories left for dinner and I'm sure I'll go over that, but I'm giving myself a break because I did put some work in!

    Lisa, when is the next challenge going to be announced? I can't wait! :-)
