Today was day 1 of week 2 and I def noticed a dif I did stop a few times but when I didn't I was pushing I only had trouble with moving push ups

Yeah moving pushups are tough! Keep at it! Today was cardio recovery for me so it wasn't that bad. Wish everyday was like this lol0

I am waiting for my "pure cardio" dvd to return to me from a friend. So to keep from getting off the program, I completed max cardio conditioning last night in its place. OH WOW!!! Did it kick my butt or what?!?! I have noticed this week I am able to last about 5 minutes into the dvd before I get mandatory water breaks.... this is progress trust me. So I am getting stronger each day! I just keep trying to push my limits...SAFELY and each workout (except cardio recovery) I am literally dripping in sweat. I love when Shaun T says, "keep breathing and keep sweating" like we have a choice LOL!0

Heck! Anything Max is a butt kicker.
I'm currently on week two of month two. Just when I think it might get a little easier for me it doesn't. lol It is definitely a great challenge.
