I got mine at my physical therapist's office. I wouldn't pay more than $25ish for one.

I found mine at KMart for 45, it's 3 rollers in 1 and came with instructions on using. Bodybuilding has info on using it and I found some on YouTube too.
I don't use mine as often as I should but it's great when DOMS is really awful!0 -

I went high density since a big complaint of the cheaper ones is that they break down over time.

I got a foam roller from Target for 20$.
Cant feel it.
Bought a 3inch diameter PVC pipe from Home Depot for 7$0 -
I have actually never heard about foam rollers... but still a noobie noob, will check what they have at the gym and see if I get DOMS over this weekend.
Next PT session in 1hr!0 -
I also have a trigger point grid, I prefer solid rollers to all foam ones plus a field hockey ball works well for really tight spots0
