how many calories should be taking in to safely lose weight and provide enough nutrition for my baby?

    im doing up 1400 cal intake , im also slowly weaning my baby off. or its him weaning me off. hes been giving me issues since the beginning with nursing so i supplement with a bottle. hes happier that way. - its not that i dont have enough. i even have a surplus of milk but hes just not interested in taking from me. my oldest daughter was nursed for 10 months. . my second for 6 months, . so we'll see, good luck.

    I've heard whatever you calculate normally plus 300?
  • it should be not less than 1800 cal needed for exclusively breast feeding mom

    I eat between 2000-2300 a day.
