    1 med cucumber,
    1 cup feta,
    2tbs minced onion,
    2 garlic cloves, minced,
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice,
    1tsp dried oregano.
1/4 of a cup is. 85 cal, 4 g fat, 2 sat fat, 10 protein, 4 carbs, 1 fiber.. (also on the chaboni greek yogurt container). I'm sure you can take out more feta to make less calories/fat

Great snack alternative to wings. I've made these a few times Including Super Bowl this year and they were the first thing gone!!!

    Buffalo chicken bites

1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 teas cayenne - more if you like it hotter
    1/4 teas sea salt

Toss and spread in a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Broil for 3 minutes.

3 Tbls Buffalo Wing Sauce - I use Franks
    1 Tbls melted butter
    1 Tbls Water

Mix together and pour over broiled chicken bites. Broil additional 2-5 minutes, til done.

    Serve with lite dipping sauce.

    Also good on salad!!!!!

For all of the people that love dill pickles. It is quick easy, and about 90 calories for about a 1/2 cup serving.

10 Baby Dills (More or Less if you like)
2 Cups Cottage cheese (I use reduced sodium and fat)
    2 Tbsp Dill Weed dried

Finely chop the dill pickles. (I use a Tupperware quick chef, but a food processor would do)
Add the Cottage cheese and dill weed and whip until the cheese curds are gone.
Let is sit in the fridge for at least an hour. (it will taste better)

I have served this to a lot of people and cottage cheese haters and they don't know the difference

Sounds great! I love wings and I'm sure I'm going to miss them a lot. This will be a great substitute.
