Starting the week off with 10 sets of 10 pushups so 100 pushups and 25 bicep curls..
One of you good looking women should post in the forum about our group.. An old guy like
me would get no responses. Say something racy like do you do naughty things at work, if so
join our workout group.

Ha ha, simsburyjet.... I'm older than you so nobody is going to listen to me, either.

    10 push ups (stairs)
    20 squats
    1 plank

Heading out now to walk to work with my dog.

This thread title is GREAT!! :)

    350 steps!

I'm still busy from the move. And now my keyboard is sticking . . . I told my 'friends' about this group when it started but so far no takers.

I just have to say that all this exercise has really helped me so much! Thanks for being there!!

I did post about our group in a reply last week. That's when a couple of new people joined. But a post specifically about the group is a good idea.

Morning break workout: Standard 5 min cardio warm-up, 50 skater squats, 100 single arm bent arm lateral w/ 7 lbs (50 ea arm), 50 sumo squats, 100 single arm shoulder press w/ 7 lbs (50 ea arm), 50 mummy kicks.

(only weight I have at work is one 7 lb kettlebell, so have to do everything one arm at a time)

I posted a topic. I can't promise anyone will pay attention. I, too, am old(er).

HAHA..that is the problem isn't it. Someone walking in while you are on the floor!

I tend to do these while in my office...

    squats
    pushups
    donkey kicks
    planks
    jumping jacks
    lunges

Then go to the gym at lunch on Tues/Thurs and do 45 mins of elliptical. M/W/F is lifting after work, so if I go to the gym at lunch it's stationary bike or I wait until I get home and get on the treadmill.

I feel lucky enough to have a job that I can workout in my office without many knowing I'm doing it!

How did you explain your planking?! LOL

My daughter just brought out the jump rope and I jumped 100 times (not in a row).

Also got in 60 granny push ups!

Woo hoo. This is turning out to be one Malicious Monday!! ;)

Planks are apparently contagious because after reading this thread I found myself on the floor pushing out 1 1/2 minutes of granny planks and then a minute of straight arm planks. I read the MFP "How to do the Perfect Plank" article, and it helped my form very much.

Also count me in for a total of 100 granny pushups,
50 squats, 20 standing leg raises, 20 crabs, 20 ballet squats, 20 calf raises.

I'm very pleased with how this day turned out.
I think I'll try doing a few standard pushups and then call it a day.
