    Thanks it didn't feel like it while I was doing it! Lol! I guess working twice a day for the past few weeks may have helped with my stamina.

    I missed the first fit test because I wanted to be on the same day... so these are my results from what is technically fit test #2 which is going to be my base.

    QUESTION: should the low plank obliques count as one per movement or is it 1 left + 1 right= 1 count? If the second part, then I need to revise my number to 22 :huh:

    Need to revise switch kicks was actually 30 I notice taking fit test #2 it says to county's 2=1 for low planks I'm not sure but this second time I counted it 2=1 idk about the for time on that one
