I didn't see where anyone had started this post yet so I thought I would set it up for everyone. I hope everyone is doing well, eating healthy, and staying strong! Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing everyone's progress! If you didn't loose don't let that discourage you, there is always tomorrow! One bad day, one bad week does not ruin everything you have worked so hard to accomplish, pick yourself back up and try again! We all have bad days / weeks its how we come back from a bad day or week that matters! Best of luck to everyone! See you again next week!

I weigh every day (just for reference) and the chart has its ups and downs. :-) I didn't notice the weekly linearity until I put the list together.0 -
At 156 down from 160. Had a bad week of staying off carbs! Need to get back into it as seems to work really well for me to shift weight. Must try harder!!!0
