Okay so let's see who can stick to the workout regime throughout November.
If everyone starts by posting current stas and body revolution position as of 1st of November.
Each week we can update progress, and share tips and encouragement.
You get 1 point for managing to complete a full workout week.
A point if you have stayed within you calorie goal for week ( I understand that not everyone follows the diet me included so thought I would make it about calories instead)
Bonus points can be earnt by doing the cardio workout the same day as your strength workout bonus point on each day you do it.
A point for every lb you lose.
Make sense?

The winner(s) will get November glory with bragging and boasting rights for the rest of 2013.

Sorry ladies been a bit busy these last few days completely forgot about this.
I have not earned any points I don't think.

    November 11th:

    Current weight: 146lbs
Completed a whole week I body rev: nope I ended up taking 2 days off getting back on it now.
Maintained calorie goal for week: nope went over a couple of days

    0 points for me.
How have you ladies held up?

    I may get two...

    Nov 11-

    Starting weight: 154.4
    Current: 153.4
Calorie goal: 1200 + exercise calories: I ate out two days this week so I went over for the week.
    JMBR Position: Phase 3-Week 12-Day 2-Workout 12: Have not missed a workout.
Goal weight at the end of the program: 149.8

I do not think I will get to 149.8 by the end of the program but maybe by the end of November. I am happy with my progress but have to admit I am a little disappointed that I may not reach my overall goal. I know it is not what is on the scale that matters but I really thought I could lose 20 lbs by the end and I think I will come up a pound or two shy.

Well in the first week of November (1st - 7th) I only took my planned rest day off and did all other workouts. I was under my calorie goal every day. And I lost 1.4 kg which is a little over 3 lbs. Not bad at all. But this second week has not been as good so far so I won't be getting many points I don't think.

ETA: Or am I supposed to report each Monday i.e. the 11th? In which case I have missed one workout, calories are still good, and I've lost a bit more weight!

    Awesome job and loss :)
I have done my workout every day plus another cardio workout, except Tuesday all I could get in was elliptical. Hope all of you have an awesome day! Drink your water :)

How is everyone doing? I do workout 9 for the first time today! I am a little nervous to move up. I had to modify workout 7 so much the first week that I almost went back down, but decided to just keep going forward and modifying and keeping my commitment to do the whole 12 weeks. My burn has gone down so I am adding in additional cardio workouts I am able to do so much more and have seen so much progress in my endurance and ability.

I am in the middle of Week 13. Excited to finish but a little nervous about figuring out what to do until the new year. I am planning on just running and doing random videos, still six days a week except for the holidays and vacation. I really like having a structured workout plan though so I will miss it.
