If you don't have time, it's part inspiration, part science. The science part is interesting, and for me, comforting. Dr. Attia says 60 grams per day (around 2 ounces) is a realistic daily loss on a keto diet. He also talks about the daily ups-and-downs of the scale, though the long term trend is down.
