Starting the craziness A.K.A Insanity tomorrow!

Before i started insanity tomorrow i would like to know if there is something I should do/know before i start. Whether if its to mentally or physically prepare. All suggestions are kool.

I’m about to finish month 1 today and here is what I have found. Don’t wear running shoes. I actually go barefoot now when I do it. My calves work so much harder for it. It took till mid-week 4 and 2 days of rest (I doubled up on plyo and recovery the next day) to see any loss of weight. This has been the hardest for me doing a solid month’s hard work and not see any results, but I’m trusting the process. I’m getting bored and excited for the change that recovery week and month 2 will bring… the same four DVDs are getting old and now I zone out a lot while I’m doing the exercises. I’m still in it and digging deep physically, but my head goes elsewhere. Feel free to add me if you want. I have a lot of MFP friends that do insanity and it’s nice to give and get motivation.0

OK ill try the no shoes tomorrow, and as for your no loss in first month has your diet been as clean as possible? Like no sugar, processed foods, high salt foods, and drinking only water and allot.
Because from what i hear month one you loose allot of weight but then again different bodies react differently so hopefully it all goes well for you, and i will add you thanks!0
