I just downloaded the app and if someone would be kind enough to explain what ladders are I would really appreciate it. I don't have the book so can't look it up.

    The app explains what to do, but basically ladders are where you increase your reps to a point and then go back down ie
    1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1,
