It's worth looking into. You don't have to make any decisions right away.0

Weight-loss surgery was the best decision I ever made - next to marrying my husband! I was in constant pain from arthritis - feet, knees, hips. I was type 2 diabetic and had high blood pressure. Since my surgery, I am no longer on any medications. I can walk, ride my bike, play with my grandchildren. My heart is healthy. My quality of life has improved greatly.
But, weight-loss surgery is a serious procedure, with possible risks. It involves a change in the way we think about and use food in our daily lives. I had a few mini-meltdowns in the first few months after surgery, but with the help of my family, doctors, and friends on MFP, I am doing amazingly well. No regrets!!
Best wishes with your journey to better health.0 -

Just use the food tracker and watch your intake. Making sure you increase your protein intake. You should loose. I too, am unable exercise. I was able to loose prior to surgery. Tracking helped tremendously!!0
