    Woohoo, I made it! I even managed to have my favourite takeaways tonight and stay under goal!

    As of this morning was 3.1kg down from my Nov 1 start

    This was one of the toughest things I've ever done. It feels amaaaaaazing to finish something.

    Very happy I made it. I'm not sure if I've made the best decisions in the last three days, but I stayed under and still got to enjoy some of our traditional Thanksgiving foods, including Dutch Apple Pie. It was more difficult than I imagined but planning ahead and eating fewer calories than I'm used to at other meals made the difference.

    This was a great challenge and I'm not even tempted in the least to take December off. Back to the gym and what has become my normal eating tomorrow.

    Oh, and I'm 7 lbs lighter and about 8 inches smaller than I was on Nov. 1st.

    We made it! And I lost at least 8 lbs. in November! And many pieces of BIG clothing!

    This is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Done! The last couple days were easy, because it was sick! I still managed to clean some, so that was my exercise goal.

    WooHoo - "survived" Thanksgiving #2!!! I set my calories higher for the day knowing that it would be a big foodie day. I set it to 2500, but after logging over an hour on the elliptical, I came in at 1854. Not awesome, but considering the spread laid out before me, I'll take it as a success. Out of the entire month, I only bumped up my calories for the 2 Thanksgiving celebrations that I had with family. That and my loss of 8ish pounds has me signing up for the December challenge.
    Congrats to everyone for getting thru this amazing challenge!!! Now, on to December. : )
