Piece of cake....nooooo not really!! :laugh: Glad to hear everyone is doing pretty good on day one!! Just remember to plan ahead....if you know ahead of time what your calorie intake is going to be for the day you will know how much of a workout you will need to plan for and vice versa!! :drinker:

If you have any equipment at home (stationary bike or treadmill) use it during one of your tv shows. Anything you can think of to help with that little extra. You can do this!!
