    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yup!!
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, in the process of moving house, massive amounts of heavy lifting, cleaning and running back and forth!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup! Not the healthiest day but stayed within my calorie limit!

    I think I might start getting up 20 minutes early and walk on my treadmill just to make sure I don't get messed up and miss a workout because of something coming up!

    OMG!! I HATE MOVING!! I have moved my daughter so much....and she seems to NEVER move to a bottom floor!! :sad: That should count for a few days, huh??

    That sounds like an awesome plan to me....if you can get up early and get it out of the way you are way ahead of the game!! Way to think ahead and plan ahead!! :bigsmile:

    For the first time in three months my husband suggested I not go to the gym this morning. I guess I've been working my butt off since about Tues or Wed so he decided I needed a day of rest. I did manage to get my stretches, crunches, sit-ups, etc in for 30 minutes so I guess I'm good to go. I've also been decorating all day, up and down ladders etc. so I think I have more than 20 minutes in. I survived November so I think I should be able to survive December as well. Go TEAM!!
