For the first time in three months my husband suggested I not go to the gym this morning. I guess I've been working my butt off since about Tues or Wed so he decided I needed a day of rest. I did manage to get my stretches, crunches, sit-ups, etc in for 30 minutes so I guess I'm good to go. I've also been decorating all day, up and down ladders etc. so I think I have more than 20 minutes in. I survived November so I think I should be able to survive December as well. Go TEAM!!

LOVE my ZUMBA....didn't have any classes for a week. Our local Y was redoing the floors, so no classes. I've been having Zumba withdrawal...it ain't been pretty!! Start back tomorrow!! WHOOP WHOOP!!! :bigsmile:0 -
