    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    For the first time in three months my husband suggested I not go to the gym this morning. I guess I've been working my butt off since about Tues or Wed so he decided I needed a day of rest. I did manage to get my stretches, crunches, sit-ups, etc in for 30 minutes so I guess I'm good to go. I've also been decorating all day, up and down ladders etc. so I think I have more than 20 minutes in. I survived November so I think I should be able to survive December as well. Go TEAM!!

    Awwww hubby missing some me time!! :cry: Ain't that sweet!! :heart:

    LOVE :heart: my ZUMBA....didn't have any classes for a week. Our local Y was redoing the floors, so no classes. I've been having Zumba withdrawal...it ain't been pretty!! Start back tomorrow!! WHOOP WHOOP!!! :bigsmile:

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 minutes of yoga (didn't want to push myself, because once again, I'm sick)

    I couldn't get my internet to work right last night and my phone wouldn't log into MFP either. I don't know what the issue was!
