    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Bicycle ride and bowling.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I ate out two meals today. The biggest challenge was "guessing" portions eaten! I felt lost without a scale and/or measuring spoons and cups! It really panicked the perfectionist in me :-(

    To 48Christy, perhaps you could just guesstimate calories burned and do a quick add entry?

    Four down, 27 to go.

    I didn't think about adding it to the diary that way. Cool, I am going to go add it now to my exercise diary . Thank you so much for the suggestion

    Know exactly how you feel....I call it "Undiagnosed" OCD!! My friends all laugh at me....at my age I've gotten used to it. If I had to guess you probably gave yourself plenty of room. By that I mean you entered more than you really ate. It's All Good!!! :bigsmile:

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I went running before work with the dogs...it was a brisk 29f outside...brrr
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I have to say that this challenge keeps me mindful about what I put in my mouth. I've been a little sloppy with the tracking and eating over my goal the last month, so this has been good! I even lost a pound today after tracking my weight the last few days...woot!
